I ran the firmware update and it worked fine. Then when I ran the activation software and click on "activate online" button I am receiving this error: "Read Filed - 1". This is frustrating because I sent an email to support and the email is not working, sent and whats app message and I didn't receive any response from the support team. Any help will be highly appreciated!!!
