I keep getting this message. I’ve tried installing it twice , I downloaded a different firmware link & it keep saying wait until update is finished l. please help

This is exactly what’s happening with me . I get to point where it’s loading but it doesn’t give me the option to stop the download. Please help I’ve done everything now it’s supposed to
