Hello the error was the locking of the loading at 99%. I resolved by stopping ( using TaskManager) at 85% and without awaiting the automatic restart of the Printer , i put the inter Off and On in normal mode and activaiting the Firmware as per the software downloaded and by using the activation code. Now , all is ok , my XP-255 prints using refillable cartriges

Exactly as per Livio , itried several times to install the firmware. Also I followed all indications suggested by Admin but without any result What have i to do? Ihave already bought the activation code My priter is XP-255 Thank you for your replays
