Hello, I have completed the firmware update and it show under the settings on the printer firmware update current version is BL05K3. During the activation please wait for the update to be finished then another pop up comes up that says "Software Atualizado, Software Atualizado pro favor, execute Novament OK then it shuts off and closes. I need help with completing the activation key. Thanks
