When I try to print the only choices are PDF or add new device. I attempted to add it again but I receive an error saying the print spooler isn’t running. I followed the steps to put it in automatic mode and restarted my computer.
I still receive the same error code.
It doesn’t recognize my printer and says the driver is unavailable. When I check the driver properties it says the device is running correctly however it does say it hasn’t migrated. Whatever any of this means.
my printer works great according to the nozzle head printout.
