    tattoosoffrogs........you have to download the driver from epson first. Then the printer shows up. After many hours and hair pulling I figured it out! when it say firmware did not complete just click next and finish. Then do the activation key. And away you go!

    I have done everything the video says. I have done everything suggested in here. Still will not update. XP 15000
