I payed and received a confirmation email with a download link to get my activation key but when I download, all I get is an image of the Epson logo with the filename written in Russian. I've attempted to use this filename as my activation key but it doesn't work. This is a very negative experience and I would like to receive what I payed for asap. My order number is 14736
