Hi Admin, Problem solved. My problem was that I fixed 3rd ink & installed the activation code. After fixed the original ink back to the machine and run with activation code. Then received installation successful. Then off the printer & fixed 3rd party ink and ON the machine. Thank you.

Dear Admin, My order no. 12056. No issue to issue the firmware. Activation code key activate online. Received Activation code write failed 3 See attached for details. Pls advise me to solve this problem. Seem like cannot write to my WF-c5790 machine.
