I am having this same issue. I have tried unplugging and turning back on. Doesn't matter if I try to use the standard ink that came with the printer or the ink system it goes through the motions of printing but nothing shows on the paper. Please help!

I have the XP-15000 I have tried the above firmware and watched the instructional video. I have done all the trouble shooting advised. I m still g4tting the error. What else can I do?
