  1. I purchased a NEW activation code and I am STILL getting the same message!
  2. I am trying to do the activation. I enter my activation code and get the following message. I have tried different usb ports (but it is showing the port the printer is plugged into at the top of the activation screen). I have turned off the firewall on my computer, but still getting the same message.
