Did anyone get a solution to fixing this problem? my WF 2850 won't print after installing the firmware.

I Paid and was emailed my activation code, once i put it in it said it wasn't recognized.. please help quick! order number is 255254

Please help. I’ve downloaded the firmware and when I go to try and download activation it allows me to choose my printer but once I hit activate online it does nothing further. no other box pops up, nothing!
