Multiple tries in "normal Mode". Watched and read each youtube and instruction. Status stopped at 88%, so I unplugged printer from back and then plugged in. Went to 99%% and shows me this dialogue: (see images) I need assistance with this issue AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
