I bought firmware and activation code, order 176907. When installing according to the YouTube video instructions, the firmware starts to update but then it has stopped at 45%. It has been over an hour and it is still at 45%. HELP

Over an hour now. Went straight to 45% and stopped. WorkForce Pro WF-3720. Have been following YouTube video. Order number 176907
