Epson WF-7720 Activation, it says SN code wrong?

So when i got to the Activation part, i put in the code InkChip emailed to me and it says the SN is wrong? So what can i do from here? I have been unable to get ahold of anyone on whatsapp or wechat, and the phone number doesnt work so if anyone can please help me id appreciate it.

okay i got it to work and i wanted to leave this here in case anyone else had this issue. Originally i was copying and pasting from my Outlook email where the code was sent. However, just trying different things, i first copied and pasted the code from the email into Notepad, and then copied THAT and pasted that into the Activation bar and it worked!
