I ordered firmware and activation code for my Workforce WF2860. I received the email with the code however the Activation portion does not work.  I keep getting a message saying wrong code.  Im really hoping I did not waist my money being I can not get anyone to respond to my emails.

I was getting the message invalid code when I cut and pasted it from the email.

i pasted the code to a word document then copy and pasted it back to the box which required the code and it was then accepted and worked ok.
