No puedo activar

Hola buenas

el problema que tengo es cuando hago la activación como dice las instrucciones. la impresora queda en fallo general. instale el Firmware no tengo ningún problema solo cuando hago el proceso de activación. Yo ya compré el código. Y ya no me deja q hora bajar el activador.
