Linda f 0 Posted May 18, 2021 (edited) Hi i purchase a new xp15000 printer and download your chipless firmware. It will not produce any ink when I do a nozzle check and comes up with an error code 031002. I Reset the printer and did the firmware upload again and it has the same error. What do you suggest? I have looked at other peoples complaints about this same issue and I can assure you it has not over heated as it will can not even complete a nozzle check with ink.
