Hello my printer is WF-3720. I have followed all the steps to change the firmware but on activation it shows the error "Wrong ID code". They can give me a solution. Greetings

Hello, I have already solved it. I have updated the firmware with the printer in normal mode, just pressing the power button. And then I have activated it without problem. I hope this experience will serve someone. Greetings
