Issue with Activation WF-2830

Hello! So I have the Firmware updated on the printer. But when I go into the activation.exe and I click Activate Online it freezes up and prevents me from putting in my code. I've redownloaded the .exe multiple times and tried multiple pc's. Not sure why its freezing up. Please help!
