activation not working - Read failed - 1

Hi I downloaded

Firmware https://inkchip.net/download/INKCHIP.net_Firmware_XP240_v3.rar

Activation program https://inkchip.net/download/INKCHIP.net_Activation.exe

My Order is #503375

I followed the instructions and installed the firmware. After that, started the printer in normal mode and started the activation program.

It shows my printer, but everything else is blank. I used the activation code I've received, but failed to activate.

Please provide a solution to this problem
