    I have installed the firmware and confirmed it on my Epson XP15000 printer. I am trying to run the activation tool. When I run the exe file, the screen just flashes and I can't see it. I made sure there are no security programs running, it's the only printer in my Printers and Devices. The computer is running a Windows 10 operating system. I can get the activation tool to come up on my computer that runs Windows 11, but the printer doesn't show up because apparently Windows 11 is not supported from what I've read in the forum. How can I get the activation program to actually show up so I can run it?
