    Firmware is complete activation is done but when I print there is no ink on paper then I get error code the one attached Epson XP15000 ORDER # 119777. Firmware NW2017 20/07/2018. Please help me

    I LOADED IN THE FIRMWARE AND WHEN I TRY TO ACTIVATE IT IT SAYS READ FAILED WHEN I PRESS ACTIVATE ONLINE WHAT DO I DO I HOPE THERE IS A SOLUTION I DID PAY THE MONEY I NEED MY PRODUCT
