Hi, Firmware loaded says 100% but is always waiting on this screen. Program update mode FINISHED ROM VERSION 20.42.NW07KC ROM1 FIXSUM B194 ROM2 FIXSUM 9EB8 Printer wont turn off or restart, power plug pull is needed to restart, activation wont work either from this point. please advise. thanks
