I purchased an epson xp-4105 and I was able to get the firmware into it. Well the scanner failed on the printer and the printer would just say restart so I did several times. Well I took the printer back and just got another one of the same model and I'm trying to upload the firmware to the new one. I have been to the store twice today for printers and purchase the key I just need to put it in the new printer in hopes that it works please help. Order number 98130. I just want the new one to work of the same model and need a new key. I didn't know the printer was faulty.
