I have done the whole procedure to the letter, I am not a novice, I have a lot of experience on my shoulders, the fact is that I download the software for autodetecting fw for a Samsung CLP 365W printer, it says I should use a certain fw, I purchase it, I put the printer in forced download by pressing the ECO and POWER buttons, gentlemen and gentlemen absolutely NOTHING happens.
The orange led does not flash...The toners are always seen as they were seen.... Now when I redo the procedure to see what version of fw it sees me with autodetect, there it is, "PBA_i-DPT_USBNo0" appears.
15$ thrown away...
