hi admin, firmware doesnt finish downloading, stays in 99%. my cables are connected and my internet is strong. activation software doesnt read my printer. i followed intruction on youtube and and forum but still the same. i bought my activation key yesterday for my epson wf 3720. and i already email support but no reply until now. please help thank you
