Cogite replied to Rykker's topic in Reading Failed 1 & 2, or how to use "99" Firmware
Hello, I have a problem to update my XP 15000. When it reaches 99% nothing happens during 5-10 minutes and a message saying that the firware is not installed finally appears. Printer is On and connected. I tried to unplugged the cordon when 99% is reached but the problem remains the same. Please, can you help me ?
