Hello, I have a problem with my new printer I just bought. I am trying to buy the chip less firmware, however when I try to buy it I am unable to do so. There is no buy button to press on to buy the product. Can anyone tell me where else I can find this version firmware NW99Z9? I need it ASAP, so any advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you.
