I have an ET-4500 (Epson) which informed me that a printer component was at the end of it's service life. (Waste Ink Container). On August 6, 2023, I purchased the WIC software (Order # 540987) reset from you, but the software doesn't recognize the printer ('no printer found'). The printer is connected directly to my desktop. What should I do?
