Hello
Just bought a key but I haven't even been able to GET to the installation process to be able to use it. It took me forever to even get the application to detect my printer (it would stop responding whenever I clicked "refresh" and I would keep having to forcibly close it) and now when my printer does show up, clicking "Start" just instantly locks the program up and makes in unresponsive.
I'm following every process and instruction that I can possibly find from the email, the youtube tutorial, and the downloadable instructions.
This is incredibly frustrating.
