I accidently updated my firmware on my Epson WF-7310 and now it will not read my ink cartridges. I tried uninstalling everything on my laptop and have been trying to find the "downgraded" firmware to bring it back to factory settings but I am not having much luck. I thought I found the correct firmware but it is still not working (unless I am doing something wrong). Help! I am at a loss, I've been told it is possible to get the firmware back to factory setting but I can not figure it out, my printer is stuck on the "replace ink cartridges" screen and I cant get it off.
