I have Windows 10 and I installed the inkchip software and it does not see my ET-3750 printer. I deleted the program, deleted the printer and then re downloaded them and it still doesn't see the program. I swapped USB cables.
BTW I tried the WIC program by another provided and it saw the printer but it would not work.
The program shows up and gives the choice of waste ink counters and deep cleaning. Gives an error "no printers were found. Check USB connection and restart the printer" which I did. I swapped USB cables
Any suggestions?
