I have a epson sp-15000. Install got to 99%. Program said update was not installed. I unplugged printer and plugged it in and manually turned on the printer. Then I clicked finish on the program. What do I do now. Do i fill the ink? How do I know if the firmware is updated????? -
How do you know when the firmware is updated. I did not get to 100% and did the reboot. How do I know if it took?

I have the same problem, and my black ink cartridge is empty also
