my order number is 25057 i got another key which i should not have to get the first key was no good even if it was used for the first time on a new computer now i got a new key two hours ago and .and before haven't received it yet. this is starting to piss me off im paying for things im not getting and befor you ask i already checked spam i just want what i paid for.

This was is a new key for a new printer. I paid $35 for a new key i have not used this number before So I dont know what the heck ur talking about

I did every thing you told me to do now i get an error 10092 can not communication failed. i paid for something that i can't use need to get to next step help please jill v

now i get error 10092 communication failed. turned of my fire wall not sure what to do from here.

I don't now what to with this i know that others have restarted in normal mode i don't know what that is please help me with this
