i cant flash the printer with firmware 99 in the firmware mode (pressing few buttons while turn on) error message in screen of printer: "NO DATA"

i have a problem epson wf C5710 Activation: Reading Failed -1 i try to use the firmware 99 the new firmware can't find my printer in the 5th step, Error: "the printer is disconnected or the printer is different with the model" [Order #21963] (February 19, 2021)
