  1. I received an answer from inkchip support about 14 hours after. I get a code and introduce it in the application (download for free) and it's working well. Printer is now OK. I will see what happen in the next few days (wishing this ok status will not change)
  2. Hi, I just order a WIC key and received immediately an email but without any code inside. I resent the email with order number and I'm waiting the key code. You are saying that this will delivered within 15mn. This is not the case up to now. Please can you send back the key code I payed for ? Thanks
