I was able to get the firmware updated sucessfully after retrying while it was in recovery mode. However, now when i click on the activation. It shows there is a drop-down menu of printers but does not give me any printers to select. -

Done firmware as instructed. It turned off and is now in recovery mode and i cannot do anything with the printer. It is a wf-7210
