Downloaded both sets of firmware software for Epson XP15000. Opened software with Bree Zip. When click on either of the exe line the process to install software starts. Computer askes if ok to install. After clicking on yes, an error box appears with "could not find files needed to start." Running most recent update of Windows 10 Home Pro 64. Have Bit Defender software installed and running on computer. Also downloaded and unzipped the activation software using Bree Zip and it is working properly. My order number is 18044 purchased key on 2/5/2021.
