Having same issue The chipless firmware software(INKCHIP.net_Firmware_XP15000_v3) can not detect the printer. Tried various USB cable still not finding printer.

I go to unzip the Firmware file "INKCHIP.net_Firmware_WFC869R" for the XP15000 and it tells me it is not a vald RAR file
