The firmware was not updated. The firmware update did not complete. Try the following, then retry. Ensure that the printer is connected - my printer is connected. Ensure that the printer is powered on - my printer is on. I will get to 80 percent and that message appears. I've pulled the cord out and put back in and that did not work, firmware in not on my computer.
