Thank you for your response . I read the instructions and the box still popped up in the same format. Also it says it cannot update file once I click out. Please help it’s been weeks I have several projects to complete. *pulls hair * lol

Hi, I'm having the same issue. The same screen shows up and my printer does not show up either. My printer is xp-4105. Please help.
