After looking through other forums, it seems 10092 means the Activation code was already used. My order number is #14235, and the original email address was terelledmontalvo@gmail.com -
After successfully installing the custom firmware for the WF-3720 I moved on to the activation program. Unfortunately it seems the activation key is not working or there is something else causing the communication error. I've tried reaching out through the "Contact Us" option on the main site but can't get past the bot for incoming calls. I need a real person to address the issue and if it can't be reaolved I would like a refund.
