Hi there, I purchased an activation code for my EPSON ET-2720. Before downloading key, I downloaded Microsoft C++ as the email stated. After I inputted the Activation key into the WIC program it went Not Responding, which forced me to Ctrl + Alt + Del. When I reopened the program and inputted the Key, I get "Provided key is already used." I restarted my Printer and it still says "The ink pad needs service. Contact Epson." Please let me know how to proceed.
