screen 1 showing where my printer is in the dropdown bar and the next screen is where i click on activate online and it freezes up and shows not responding. -
Firmware loaded correctly into wf2850, downloaded the activation program and when I click to activate online button the program freezes up and will not clear up. Any suggestions?
