I've had this software since 9/28 and have managed to get all the way to the activation key. I have downloaded the right firmware and activation key executable according to the website. I have a WF7720 and the BUY screen only shows one download for a WorkForce printer. I purchased the key, received the number by e-mail and have entered the "activation key" in the SN window (all according to instructions).
Now I have a "Communication Failed - Error 10093" and customer support says I downloaded the wrong firmware because the receipt on the order only shows the first two WorkForce printers that the firmware covers. I need someone who understands the problem to help me.
