Hi, Inkchip Staff, I just bought a key for my XP-4105 online and got it. I also had followed the instruction, downloaded the firmware from your website and updated it accordingly. However, when I download the activation tools and clicked online activation, the software kept running for almost 1hrs and no responses. (please see the attached file for the screeshot). Could you please help me fix this problem? Best Alex
