Unfortunately it does not work. It gets stuck at 66% (when the printer is rebooting) or at 83% (after the reboot). I tried both (ending the program at 66 or 83%) but same thing... Still cannot activate (read failed -1 error) I don't know if it matters but the printer does not blink... After the reboot (at 66%) screen and lights are "normal" (like after a classic boot), If I end the program it stays that way (nothnig special happens). So what is next?

Using the 99 firmware and firmware mode I can use an usb cable and the update goes complete but activation fails (still read -1 error)

Hi, So I have a brand new XP-1500 and I tried to update the firmware but I can't... First the firmware update program does not see my printer using a usb cable only through wifi. When I run this program, at 66% the printer reboot and then it gets stuck at 83%. Usually if I wait for too long then I get an error message. But if I turn the printer off / on it goes to 99% and then it's stuck again... If I wait I get an error message... So I tried to close the firmware program before the error message (using task manager) and then I tried to run the activation program but I get the "read -1 failed" error. I tried with the 99 firmware for xp-1500 but it doesn't work either.. What can I do?
