Hello, sent you an email with all screenshots of how I entered the activation code and then the error message I got.

I tried removing all spaces and ensured no errors. Is there a time frame you have to use the key in?

I'm trying to change my Epson Workforce WF-2650 to chipless, I installed the software. I went to activate and where it shows you in the video during activation it asks for the activation code mine asks for SN, when I enter the SN it says: SN Error, please check. I have entered the activation code and it says the same thing. I even selected close and on the bottom of the screen it says activation code I have entered it there as well and then it says activation code can not be recognized. What do I need to do to fix this?
