In the photo attached on the left circled it wont even let me select the printer to go to the next step of making a start of updating firmware. The right circled i noticed it says (it can not be upgraded). How do I bypass this? Do i need to install another firmware to be able to make a start? Yes I have window 10 and the printer is brand new out the box with nothing done to it if that helps in anyway. Thank you.
