I followed all the steps indicated in the video, checked my updates, ... However, nothing happens, I enter the key and then load, return to the home page. When I re-enter the key, the program tells me already used. I tried with another, it's the same problem. My printer is still blocked, and I bought two keys for nothing. Thanks for your help.
